Once harvested, our coffee is sun-dried under careful supervision, allowing the natural flavors to develop slowly and fully. The dried beans arrive at our establishment, where our meticulous process continues. Each batch is hand-sorted to remove imperfect beans—those that are blackened, broken, insect-damaged, malformed, or otherwise flawed—so that only the finest beans make it into our roasters.

Once roasted to perfection, the beans move to our packaging area, where they are precisely weighed and sealed whole to preserve their peak freshness and flavor. For customers who prefer ground coffee, we offer to grind the beans on the day of purchase, ensuring the coffee’s freshness.
